While some of our masks may appear whimsical, Don't Be Fooled! They are constructed of the latest Hi-Tech Hydrophobic, Hydrophilic Materials that wick moisture away while filtering the air you breathe. Additionally, the fabric is treated with Dow Corning’s Aegis Antimicrobial Shield that is Non-Allergenic, Non-leaching, and Hospital proven Safe. The antibacterial  "Shield" is permanent and will continue killing microorganisms for the life of the mask as they contact the treated surface... even with repeated washings. Further, our masks have been certified to effectively filter at 1.0 microns by one of the nations leading labs and filter pollens (6.0+ microns), dust (1.0+ microns), many types of bacteria (.35+ microns), airborne gems from coughs and sneezes (4.0+ microns), pet dander (1.0+ microns), and mold spores (1.0+ microns).
